Location - Gurugram sec 54, Haryana

Salary - 25k - 40k

Exp - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business

Qualification - Degree in Bachelors, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

 Know-how of working on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa among other leading portals.

 Well-versed in listing products, cataloguing & onboarding process across online marketplaces.

 Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.

 Managing and executing promotional campaigns.

 Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.

 Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.

 Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

 Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through

and offer code performance.

 Managing all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.

 Developing and implementing e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance.

 Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel) and Unicommerce.
