We're looking for a self motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our existing team. ●Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. ●Manage and maintaining product uploading, listing, order processing and marketing on online platforms such as e-commerce, Indiamart, etsy, Nykaa and all B2B platforms. ●⁠Run promotional campaigns in the following portals. ●⁠Knowledge of all social media accounts and create content for diamond jewellery brand. Job Details Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Role: E-commerce Executive Exp: Minimum 1 year in Jewellery E-commerce Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati Locality: Surat Salary: 17K to 23K Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
