Job Description

We're looking for a self motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our existing team. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Manage and maintaining product uploading, listing, order processing and marketing on online platforms such as Shopify, Indiamart, Website, etsy, Nykaa, Myntra and all B2B platforms. ⁠Run promotional campaigns in the following portals. ⁠Knowledge of all social media accounts and create content for diamond jewellery brand. Job Details Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Role: E-commerce Executive Exp: Minimum 1 year in Jewellery E-commerce Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati Locality: Surat Salary: 17K to 23K Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
