Job Description

As a Warehouse Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations efficiently. This includes tracking and resolving order backlogs across all marketplace platforms, handling pickups, returns, and customer query emails, as well as initiating SPF claims across various platforms. You will also be in charge of tracking return closures in Unicommerce and providing reports on closing remarks for bad return tickets (accepted, pending, and rejected).
