As an E-commerce Website Developer at our company in Pune, your role will involve designing, coding, and deploying an e-commerce platform tailored to our business needs. You will be responsible for developing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will manage product catalogues, inventory systems, and order processing for platform integration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and maintaining efficient, scalable databases for product and user data. - Conducting regular performance testing, optimizing loading times, and implementing SEO best practices. - Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly, monitoring site performance, and ensuring minimal downtime. - Implementing tracking tools like Google Analytics, generating detailed reports on traffic, sales, and user behavior. - Collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to align website features with business goals. - Regularly updating website features, plugins, and security protocols, and improving website usability based on user feedback. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar languages. - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solutions. - Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or others, and familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Understanding of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics tools, ability to integrate and manage APIs and third-party tools. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in building and managing an end-to-end e-commerce platform, familiarity with cloud hosting solutions, and experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
