We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of our online business across multiple marketplaces and platforms. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process daily orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and website.
Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to ensure timely dispatch.
Update product listings, prices, and stock availability across platforms.
Handle returns, replacements, and customer order issues.
Coordinate with courier partners for smooth logistics and delivery.

Requirements:

Graduate (any discipline).
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Experienced candidates in e-commerce operations will be given preference.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Knowledge of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
