Job Description:

Affly Impex Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in product listing, catalog management, and online sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The role focuses on optimizing product visibility, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with content and design teams, and analyzing sales trends to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify.
• Create SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to enhance search visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality product images and marketing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product performance reports across all platforms.
• Handle daily order processing, shipment tracking, and return management.
• Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product uploads, page updates, and store layout.
• Analyze sales trends and marketplace performance to suggest strategies for increasing conversions.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and internal company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra Partner Portal, and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of website management and e-commerce SEO.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product photography coordination and catalog creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).

Salary:

Based on experience and performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
