E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern (Fashion)

We are offering an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern position in our JP Nagar office. As an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store. Your duties will include keeping product listings fresh, updating inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will engage with customers by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and social media to help them find their perfect fashion picks. You will also assist in digital marketing efforts by supporting ad campaigns, creating social media content, and implementing promotions to grow our fashion brand. Analyzing store performance, suggesting improvements, and helping boost conversions will be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for someone with experience or familiarity with Shopify, as basic knowledge is a must. An interest in fashion, e-commerce, and customer service is essential, along with a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a problem-solving attitude are qualities we value.
