E-Commerce Coordinator (remote)

We are a growing e-commerce business operating across multiple online marketplaces in the GCC. We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Coordinator who can manage product listings, order flows, promotions, inventory alignment, and marketplace support across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Namshi, and other platforms

· Coordinate daily order processing, returns, and customer service support

· Monitor inventory and update stock levels across channels

· Run promotions, campaigns, and price updates as required

· Generate weekly and monthly sales reports

· Communicate with marketplace account managers for issue resolution and growth opportunities

· Monitor stock levels and sync inventory across channels

· Plan, run, and analyze promotions, campaigns, and price strategies

· Execute basic digital marketing tasks such as:

Social media posting/scheduling

Coordinating product photoshoots & content

Creating simple promotional banners using Canva or similar tools

· Create weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

· Must have prior experience handling multiple sales channels (Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Namshi, Shopify etc.)

· Strong understanding of marketplace seller portals and dashboards

· Good in ERP, Google Sheets skills

· Good communication skills in English

· Ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail

· Preferred candidates from Kerala
