Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content). Perform keyword research using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. Launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns and track performance. Monitor and manage FBA/FBM inventory levels, stock forecasting, and order processing. Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor performance. Maintain Amazon account health and resolve listing errors, suppression, and policy compliance issues. Work with the design and content team for creatives and optimized copy. Coordinate deals, coupons, and promotions to drive sales. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central account management. Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, and PPC. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and listing tools. Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, or similar Amazon tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU) is a plus. Knowledge of other platforms like eBay, Walmart is a bonus.
