E-Commerce Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Product listings: Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
• Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising
• Orders and inventory: Process orders and manage inventory levels
• Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Sales and performance: Monitor and report on sales and site performance, and make recommendations for improvement
• Trends and best practices: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices
• Website enhancements: Serve as the primary contact for website enhancements or bug fixes
• Product information: Maintain the product information database, including researching, requesting, reviewing, and entering information
• Visual presentation: Work with the production team to ensure the visual presentation is in line with product production specs
• Competitive set: Perform audits of the competitive set to inform product launch strategies

Job Requirements:

• Optimizing the online store: Managing the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Analyzing data: Monitoring e-commerce analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Staying current: Keeping up with e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Collaborating with teams: Working with other teams to ensure the online store aligns with company goals
• Managing inventory: Processing orders and managing inventory levels
• Creating content: Developing content and visual materials for marketing channels, such as the website, email, ads, and social media
• Maintaining product information: Maintaining the product information database and ensuring it's accurate and complete
• Working with developers: Serving as the primary contact for website enhancements or bug fixes
• Auditing competitors: Performing audits of competitors to inform product launch strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
