About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce and Marketplace Specialist who can manage our online marketplace activities and support our D2C platform. The role involves coordination across teams, maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates with experience in managing online storefronts, product uploads, and basic ad management will be preferred. Exposure to quick commerce is an added advantage but not necessary.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce and marketplace management.
• Strong experience with D2C platforms.
• Knowledge of quick commerce platforms is a bonus (not mandatory).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, accounts, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in marketplace backend dashboards, listing tools, and campaign management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Marketplace Setup & Management: Creating and managing accounts on ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth listings and backend operations.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the production and procurement teams to replenish inventory, and maintaining sync across platforms.
• Product Listings: Managing listings with A+ content and RPDs, ensuring the product pages are visually compelling and fully optimized.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis: Studying competitor data, identifying opportunities, and coordinating with the design team to introduce products that align with platform trends.
• Order & Operations Management: Handling day-to-day order processing, manifest generation, returns coordination, and collaborating with the accounts team for invoice generation and payment reconciliation.
• Advertising & Campaigns: Running and analyzing ad campaigns across marketplaces, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent growth and performance.
• Creative Collaboration: Working closely with designers and photographers to ensure our product photos and creatives are compliant, aesthetic, and aligned with the brand’s visual language.
• D2C Management: Oversee, ensuring smooth operations, regular updates, and seamless customer experience. You’ll also lead direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives through our own platform, driving traffic, analyzing performance, and helping build a strong online brand presence.
