Job Summary : We are looking for Experienced candidates for the following vacancies to assist our company in obtaining business from various PSUs/Govt & Corporates: 1.Tender Lead Should have minimum experience of 2-5 years for liasioning with customer for floating tenders as per our product specifications , tender bidding and participating in auctions. A. Tender Lead Job Description : The Tender-Lead persons responsibilities include Tender Identification, Evaluation, Planning, Bid Preparation with Compliance, Bid Submission & Post-Tender. Sourcing new tenders and project leads. Identifying the related tenders from the Govt E-Tender Portals Shortlisting of related tenders from various aggregator tender portals Respond to RFP/ RFI, Coordinate with purchase & production team for technical specifications, cost estimation, pricing & delivery timeline Prepare Datasheets, Technical proposals, compliance documents Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives. Identifying prospective clients & leg work for account development Bidding Gem Ariba & other on-line tenders Must know preparing various bidding processes like off-line, on-line & reverse bidding etc. Responsibilities/JD Tender Identification Tender Evaluation Bid Planning Proposal Preparation Bid Pricing Compliance and Documentation Ensuring tender submissions are submitted on time Post-Tender Analysis & follow-up Sourcing new tenders and project leads. Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of tender procedures and practices. Work closely with the Team Heads for maximum business generation and prospecting initiatives Achieve or exceed individual performance targets metrics. Requirements Minimum 2-5 Year experience in tendering profile Ability to manage bid and tender submissions. Ability to accurately interpret submission requirements. Ability to priorities and work to tight deadlines. Ability to liaise with relevant team members to obtain tender input/information. Ability to interpret / create bids and extract the required data from stakeholders skill levels in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to coordinate and ensure correct bid procedures Strong communication skills via phone and email Positive attitude with the desire to in a fast-paced, business environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Highly independent, self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to deal with change & pressure environment. Ability to interpret / create bids and extract the required data from stakeholders Qualification B. Tech/BE/Diploma/ B.Sc.
