Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS and Dynatrace Appmon. Your role will involve working extensively on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools named Dynatrace and Appmon. Additionally, you should have experience in application performance management tools such as Dynatrace (OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUMEnterprise Synthetic script) and Appmon. Knowledge of Python and Node JS is desirable, and possessing One Agent Certification would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies distributed across different geographic locations. - Gather requirements from application owners, analyze the requirements, and implement monitoring using OneAgent on the requisite servers. - Understand the discovered application processes/services and configure them accordingly. - Collaborate with the application team to identify critical transactions and develop dashboards for monitoring. - Customize Anomaly detection rules and set up alerting profiles for each application to notify the application users. - Create/setup detection rules for log files discovered by OneAgent. - Integrate tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent, if applicable. - Establish Management zones for each application and assign respective users to manage zones to view their application details. - Manage and administer tools effectively. - Collaborate closely with Dynatrace support to troubleshoot and resolve any application issues over calls. Qualifications Required: - Experience in configuration and administration. - Proficiency in OneAgent and Dynatrace. - Familiarity with tool management and troubleshooting techniques.
