As a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect (Techno-Functional) at our esteemed organization, your role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, focusing on global projects and utilizing your expertise in Power Platforms, Integrations, and Custom Development to drive successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Solution Design & Architecture:** - Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics CRM solutions. - Design technical specifications, solution architecture, and workflows to meet business objectives. - Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and Power Platform components. - **Project Leadership:** - Lead technical teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery within timelines. - Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution management processes. - Perform requirement gap analysis and prepare functional and technical documentation. - **Customization & Development:** - Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports using SSRS. - Implement PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate flows, and Power Portals. - Develop integrations with external systems such as Salesforce and Azure. - **Migration & Upgrades:** - Oversee migration projects from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 online or on-premises. - Handle data migration and version upgrades, ensuring minimal business disruption. - **Client Engagement:** - Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored CRM solutions. - Deliver training, support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of solutions. - **Innovation & Problem-Solving:** - Stay updated with new Dynamics 365 features and technologies to implement innovative solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation. - Proven expertise in Dynamics CRM versions 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and D365 (on-premise and online). - Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals). - Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). - Knowledge of integration tools and techniques with platforms like Azure Logic Apps and Salesforce. - Proficiency in developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom business logic. - Experience in project management, estimation, and technical documentation. - Certifications such as PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) and MB2-703 (CRM Customization and Configuration) are a plus. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
