Role & responsibilities Drive sales of rubber thread and rubber adhesive products across industrial sectors. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote products. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring solutions-based selling. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager Sales to lead and grow our Rubber Thread and Rubber Adhesive business. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, market knowledge of rubber products, and a proven ability to develop and manage key accounts. Graduate in Science/Engineering; MBA in Marketing is a plus. Minimum 58 years of experience in industrial product sales , preferably in rubber or adhesive industries. Strong understanding of rubber thread , adhesive applications , and customer industries (e.g., textiles, footwear, automotive, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office. Willing to travel across regions as per business requirements. Perks and benefits As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
