1. Responsible for Improving Part LAR (Line Acceptance Rate) through improvements at supplier end.
2. Responsible for Reducing Part LRN (Line Rejection) through countermeasure & follow up.
3. Weekly worst supplier visits at Haier Factory to resolve the quality issues.
4. Vendor recovery for SFG Rejection due to part defect.
5. Responsible for Incoming Quality part inspection and Part Reliability, PA Lab, ROHS Lab report review.
6. Responsible for establishing Vendor Quality Contract.
7. Verification of daily vendor rejection on line (OS &D).
8. Supplier rejection material (From LAR/LRN) monitoring.
9. TDR Project, Monthly target achievement of FRP/Innovation Project.
