Job Description

* Must have experience in front desk for at least 05 years, and fair knowledge about other departments also. * Verification of documentation and folders of residing guests including night audit. * Coordination and monitoring of all departments functioning during night hours, especially security & maintenance. * Control of housekeeping staff to get prepared for the following day. * To address and resolve any complaints from the guests. * Ensure timely and accurate customer service. * Handle complaints and specific customers requests. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred)
