Job Title: Duty Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to all patients in the wards, emergency, and OPD as per hospital protocols.
• Perform routine check-ups, monitor patient progress, and record daily notes in patient files.
• Assist senior consultants and specialists during rounds and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s instructions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies (e.g., code blue, trauma, cardiac arrest).
• Ensure accurate documentation of all treatments and procedures.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, paramedics, and administrative teams for smooth patient care.
• Update patient relatives regarding condition and progress when required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, patient safety, and hygiene protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / Equivalent medical degree from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with Medical Council / State Medical Board.
• 0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers can apply).
• Sound clinical knowledge and decision-making ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
