Job Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Medical Management:

• Provide

  round-the-clock medical care

  to patients in wards, ICU, OPD, and emergency departments.
• Diagnose, prescribe treatment, and monitor patient progress.
• Attend to

  emergency cases, trauma, and critical care situations

  .
• Assist specialists in medical procedures and surgeries when required.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and coordinate with senior doctors for patient care.

Emergency & Critical Care Handling:

• Perform

  Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  procedures.
• Stabilize patients in medical emergencies like cardiac arrest, stroke, accidents, etc.
• Administer IV fluids, oxygen therapy, injections, and wound dressing as per requirement.
• Maintain updated knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and life-saving interventions.

Coordination & Communication:

• Effectively communicate with

  patients, attendants, and hospital staff

  regarding patient condition and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with

  nurses, specialists, and paramedical staff

  for smooth patient care.
• Maintain a clear and proper

  handover report

  for the next shift doctor.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain

  accurate medical records

  , prescriptions, and case history for each patient.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and legal guidelines.
• Report adverse events, complications, or critical cases to senior consultants.

Additional Duties:

• Conduct routine patient check-ups and assist in minor medical procedures.
• Participate in hospital training programs and continuous medical education.
• Provide

  medical advice and counseling

  to patients and their families.
