Job Description

Role Summary

Durability CAE Professional

Key Responsibilities

Perform
durability and fatigue analysis
of components, systems, and full vehicles/products.
Execute
FEA-based durability simulations
using tools such as
nCode, FEMFAT, Abaqus, ANSYS, OptiStruct
, etc.
Prepare and validate
load cases
, duty cycles, and boundary conditions.
Interpret CAE results and provide actionable design recommendations to improve durability.
Work on
stress analysis, strain-life / stress-life fatigue
, and damage accumulation methods.
Correlate CAE predictions with physical test data and refine models.
Develop and validate durability simulation workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with design, testing, and validation teams throughout the product development cycle.
Document simulation reports, technical summaries, and design improvement proposals.
Support optimization studies to improve material usage, weight reduction, and durability
