Duck creek Distribution Management System (DMS) Architect

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DuckCreek DMS (Distribution Management System) Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced DMS solutions. In this role, youll be responsible for architecting scalable, efficient, and secure distribution management systems using the DuckCreek platform, with a focus on supporting complex insurance distribution workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement DuckCreek DMS solutions aligned with business requirements
• Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for DMS modules
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing DMS implementations
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes
• Stay updated with DuckCreek platform updates and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek DMS, including recent architecture-level work
• Deep understanding of insurance distribution workflows and producer management
• Strong experience designing solutions on the DuckCreek Platform
• Proficiency in Java and SQL (preferred)
• Experience with integration tools, data mapping, and third-party systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with DuckCreek Policy and Billing modules
• Prior work with large-scale insurance carriers or tech consulting firms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools
