Duck Creek Claims Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing solutions within Duck Creek Claims. This includes working on Duck Creek Author, EXL, Page Designer, and Manuscript for system enhancements. Your role will involve collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and converting them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will be integrating Duck Creek with external systems and APIs, performing troubleshooting, debugging, and defect fixes for claims applications, as well as supporting UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and customize solutions within Duck Creek Claims. - Work on Duck Creek Author, EXL, Page Designer, and Manuscript for system enhancements. - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Integrate Duck Creek with external systems and APIs. - Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and defect fixes for claims applications. - Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Duck Creek Claims development. - Strong understanding of Duck Creek Author, EXL, Page Designer, and Manuscript. - Experience in integrating systems with external APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and fix defects in claims applications.
