Role Overview: You will be a full-fledged team member in the IT department at JERMI for the next three years. Your responsibilities will include installing, planning, and configuring complex IT systems, providing training to employees, and being a competent point of contact for customers. The focus of the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program is on data analysis and interpretation, with insights into computer science and business informatics. The program integrates theory and practice closely through a combination of practical training phases and academic studies at DHBW Ravensburg. During practical phases, you will learn about business processes, engage in planning, development, and application of IT systems, and immerse yourself in the exciting world of IT projects. Key Responsibilities: - Install, plan, and configure complex IT systems including hardware and software components - Provide training to employees and serve as a competent point of contact for customers - Learn about business processes and engage in planning, development, and application of IT systems - Participate in IT projects and daily operations in departments such as IT, ERP, project management, and controlling - Collaborate effectively in a team, organize, and structure tasks efficiently Qualifications Required: - Completed General or Subject-specific University Entrance Qualification - Strong affinity for German, Math, and English, preferably with some prior knowledge in the field of computer science - Passion for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence to contribute to shaping the future - Interest in IT and project management - Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and possess strong organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination Additional Company Details: At JERMI, you can look forward to engaging tasks and projects, diverse activities within an open and dynamic team.
