Job Description

PW is looking for DTP Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Document Layout and Formatting:

Use desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress) to create and format documents, including brochures, reports, manuals, and other materials.
Ensure consistent and visually appealing layout and design elements throughout the document.

Graphic Design:

Collaborate with graphic designers to incorporate visual elements, images, and illustrations into documents.
Adjust and enhance images for optimal print and digital presentation.

Typography:

Select appropriate fonts and ensure consistent typography for a polished and professional look.
Pay attention to details such as line spacing, kerning, and paragraph formatting.

Proofreading:

Review documents for errors in grammar, spelling, and layout before finalizing for publication.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure accurate representation of information.

Print Production:

Prepare files for print production, including creating print-ready files with proper color profiles and specifications.
Work closely with printing vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of materials.

Digital Publishing:

Adapt designs for digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing on various devices.
Develop interactive elements when necessary for digital publications.

Version Control:

Manage and maintain version control for documents, especially for materials with frequent updates.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, editors, and graphic designers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
