Prepare print-ready designs based on the content provided by Pupils Times. Coordinate directly with the printing press, deliver files/materials, and ensure correct execution. Check and confirm print proofs (proofreading) before final approval. Make corrections or layout improvements whenever required by the company. Ensure quality standards of the company are maintained in all printed materials. Monitor and follow printing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain confidentiality of all company documents, designs, and content. Provide timely updates to management regarding the status of printing work. Safeguard all design files and backups, keeping them properly organized. Work with a sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications: Strong command over DTP software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign Good typing speed in English and Hindi Ability to create clean, error-free layouts and print-ready files Practical understanding of printing press requirements and processes Ability to take instructions clearly and deliver on time Attention to detail and a professional work approach
