Check and confirm print proofs (proofreading) before final approval. Make corrections or layout improvements whenever required by the company. Ensure quality standards of the company are maintained in all printed materials. Monitor and follow printing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain confidentiality of all company documents, designs, and content. Provide timely updates to management regarding the status of printing work. Safeguard all design files and backups, keeping them properly organized. Work with a sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
