DSP Engineer

As a software developer at Ralliant Corporation, you will be responsible for developing algorithms for Next Generation High-speed serial technologies using C#/MATLAB/C/C++. Your role will involve implementing and troubleshooting measurements/algorithms using DSP techniques to address customer problems and propose performance enhancements. Additionally, you will contribute to technical documentation required in the software development process, including algorithm pseudo code, software requirements specifications, and verification and validation plans. Interacting effectively with customers and cross-functional domain experts to define software system requirements and develop product/process definitions will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with Product owners, Product planners, and Program Managers to deliver the required solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop algorithms for Next Generation High-speed serial technologies using C#/MATLAB/C/C++. - Implement and troubleshoot measurements/algorithms using DSP techniques for customer problems and propose performance enhancements. - Contribute to technical documentation required in the software development process. - Interact effectively with customers and cross-functional domain experts to define software system requirements. - Work closely with Product owners, Product planners, and Program Managers to deliver the required solutions. Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics engineering or Instrumentation Technology. - 5-12 years of professional experience in software development mainly in Signal Processing. - Experience in developing complex DSP algorithms. - Background in high-speed IO like PCIe, USB, DDR, Ethernet is advantageous. - Experience working with real-time software architectures in operating systems such as Windows. - Technical expertise in Digital Signal Processing knowledge.
