About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join DSC Pipes & Tubes. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring smooth execution of orders. The role involves proactive client engagement, site visits, negotiation, order management, and timely follow-ups on payments. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market research. Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and build strong business relationships. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively. Execute sales orders efficiently and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, deals, and client interactions in the CRM (Zoho Bigin). Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management. Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and resolve related issues. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to position DSC Pipes effectively. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven sales and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and client management ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct site visits and interact confidently with clients. Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Zoho Bigin) for maintaining sales records. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups. Basic understanding of the steel/pipes/tubes industry is preferred (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities GST & Compliance: Handle basic GST-related work and reconciliations. Accounting in Tally: Manage complete Tally-related work including purchase, sales, bank entries, journal entries, debit and credit notes. Check entries accounted in Tally against expense and purchase bills. Prepare MIS reports for accounted entries. CRM & Reporting: Complete assigned work related to Zoho Bigin (CRM). Prepare periodic reports as required by management. Email & Communication: Check emails regularly to ensure no enquiry or payment advice is missed. Follow up over email and telephone for bills and acknowledgements related to expenses. Documentation & Billing: Prepare and check delivery challans (DC). Prepare and check invoices. Banking: Handle bank-related work, including sending of payment advice. Audit Support: Assist with basic work preparation as required by auditors. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally is a must. Basic knowledge of GST. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, especially over email. Familiarity with Zoho Bigin or similar CRM tools is a plus.
