Role & responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Drupal-based applications

  using Drupal 8/9/10.
• Customize Drupal themes and modules as per business requirements.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between

  Drupal backend and UI components

  .
• Lead and mentor the Drupal and UI development team (for Senior & Lead roles).
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  

Project & Quality Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  
• Manage tasks, user stories, and defects using

  JIRA or similar tracking tools

  .
• Handle

  GIT version control

  , branching, and code reviews.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with

  zero or minimal UAT defects

  .
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with

  UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers

  .
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior developers.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in

  Drupal 8/9/10 development

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Drupal theming and custom module development

  .
• Proficiency in

  PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  , and front-end development.
• Experience with

  REST APIs

  , integrations, and third-party modules.
• Good understanding of

  Drupal security, performance optimization, and caching

• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments
