Your Role

As a Drone Pilot & Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of Aero Minds’ operations — flying drones for real-world services providing missions and training the next generation of certified drone operators.

You’ll blend technical expertise, on-ground leadership, and teaching skills to create an inspiring learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Operate drones for surveillance, mapping, agricultural spraying and demonstration projects

 Conduct drone pilot training sessions and practical workshops

 Ensure safety protocols, maintenance, and drone readiness

 Support mobilisation and awareness drives by showcasing drone operations

 Maintain flight logs, performance data, and technical reports

Who You Are

 Certified DGCA Drone Pilot (Multi-Rotor / Small or Medium) preferred

 Strong technical understanding of drone operation, calibration, and maintenance ⚙

 Experience in training or mentoring students is a plus

 Physically active, willing to travel, and ready for field work

 Passionate about agriculture, drones, and rural innovation
