Driver

Objective:
To drive the company vehicle(s) safely, efficiently and in a timely manner; to assist with vehicle upkeep; and to provide courteous transport service for staff, executives, clients as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the company car(s) for pickup/drop of employees, clients, official errands, out-station trips etc.
• Plan and follow efficient routes, taking into account traffic, weather, road conditions.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition: regular cleaning (interior & exterior), servicing, checking oil, tyres, lights etc.
• Keep the vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permit, log-book) up to date and in the car.
• Record trip details, fuel usage, tolls/parking, mileage, any incidents in the logbook.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and company safety standards; ensure safe driving at all times.
• Assist passengers as required with luggage or other items, if needed.
• Be available for work as per schedule (may require early morning, late evening or out-station travel) and handle flexible shifts.
• Report any vehicle defect, accident, breakdown, theft or traffic violation immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and behave professionally when representing the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) / Car driving licence recognized in India.
• Minimum experience: 1+ years driving in a professional setting (preferable).
• Good knowledge of Raipur city roads, surrounding areas and comfortable with out-station routes.
• A clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
• Basic education (10th pass preferred).
• Good time-management, punctuality, reliability.
• Good interpersonal skills; courtesy towards passengers and colleagues.
• Physically able to drive for several hours, sit for extended periods, assist with light loading/unloading.
• Willingness to work flexible hours / out-station trips if required.

Preferred (optional):

• Experience driving automatic transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance (checking engine oil, tyre pressure etc).
• Familiarity with GPS/navigation systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
