Role Summary: Were looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and scale our people operations This role demands someone who can build strong people practices, shape our culture, and partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals. Team Building: Lead and grow the HR team across all verticals talent acquisition, L&D, HR operations, compliance, and more. Culture & Engagement: Champion company culture, drive engagement initiatives, and maintain high employee morale. Performance & Development: Implement and refine performance management systems, career progression frameworks, and L&D programs. Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end hiring strategies, including workforce planning and employer branding. Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies (POSH, labor laws, audits). Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive and equitable C&B structures, benchmark regularly against the industry. HR Tech: Leverage tools and data to streamline processes and enhance employee experience. What Were Looking For? 10-12 years of experience in HR; at least 6 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in scaling HR functions in high-growth environments. Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills. A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Startup experience is a big plus.
