Roles & Responsibilities Work on Creatives ranging from internal and external communication with our members as well as external potential members Work with the community team on creative content that engages with the community Work on marketing campaigns, sales presentations, pitches etc. with the Marketing and Sales team. Study design briefs, conceptualize moodboards and visual options based on requirements Have a clear way of delivering tasks from scheduling projects and defining tasks and timelines using Asana to preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas for approvals Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using relevant software Coordinate with agencies from time to time. Test graphics across various media Requirements Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations, gifs, animations or other graphics Experience working with photographers and editing product photos as per requirements. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Experience with UI/UX is a plus Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Educational Qualification Graduation / Post Graduation Experience - 2-3+ years as a designer with an agency or a brand.
