Key Responsibilities:1. Production Supervision Implement daily production plans as per job cards issued by the PPC team. Supervise and guide the production workers assigned to the unit. Monitor machine and tool utilization, ensure no idle resources. Record job progress, ensure job cards are closed properly. 2. In-Process Quality Control Check dimensional, alignment, and finish tolerances during production. Use gauges, jigs, and reference tools to ensure component quality. Stop and rework materials that do not meet internal quality standards. Prevent non-conforming material from reaching the next process stage. 3. Shift-Level Coordination Coordinate with Store Executive for timely material availability. Raise requests for consumables or tool replacements in advance. Work closely with the PPC team to adjust schedule in case of delays. 4. Workforce Management Lead a team of 5–10 workers in the assigned shift or unit. Maintain attendance, discipline, and productive engagement. Handle minor complaints or misbehavior; escalate if necessary. Ensure workers follow 5S, safety, and dress code compliance. 5. Reporting & Escalation Submit end-of-shift production and quality summary reports. Report machinery breakdowns, material shortages, or any production bottlenecks to the Production Head. Keep records of rework or rejection quantities with causes. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years minimum experience in a shop floor supervisory role Experience with in-process quality control techniques Ability to read basic engineering drawings Exposure to metal fabrication, carpentry, surface treatment, or upholstery (any one or more) Fair writing skills for production reporting Assertive yet respectful in handling workforce behavior Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Six Days a Week Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,765.06 - ₹33,830.49 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Job Summary: Dreamspan Ventures is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of the organization. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities to handle recruitment, employee engagement, retention strategies, welfare initiatives, payroll, statutory compliances, and performance management. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping the company culture, building a high-performance team, and supporting Dreamspan’s fast-paced growth. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and final selection. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Supervise and ensure quality hires within defined timelines. Employee Onboarding & Retention Ensure seamless onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition. Build and maintain strong employee relations and a healthy work culture. Employee Welfare & Motivation Plan and execute welfare programs, motivational activities, and team-building initiatives. Design and implement reward and recognition schemes to boost morale and performance. Act as a bridge between employees and management to address grievances effectively. Performance Management Oversee the appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and goal alignment. Work with leadership to define KPIs and performance review formats. Facilitate performance improvement plans for underperforming employees. Payroll, Salary, & Statutory Compliance Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries. Manage attendance systems, leave tracking, and punctuality records. Calculate and handle PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory deductions and filings. Coordinate with finance and statutory bodies to ensure full legal compliance. HR Systems & Documentation Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and compliance-related documentation. Develop and update HR policies, manuals, and SOPs in line with company values and labor laws. Generate periodic reports on HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, performance, etc.). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, PF/ESI calculations, and HR best practices. Experience in managing a growing workforce and aligning HR with business goals. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR software tools. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Problem-solving mindset with high emotional intelligence. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
