Drayage Dispatcher

Mount Code Technology is currently seeking a Drayage Dispatcher for the USA region, with a minimum experience of 1-2 years. As a Drayage Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating container transportation operations, specifically at the Port of Long Beach. Your responsibilities will include managing container pick-up and delivery processes efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. Key qualifications for this role include fluency in English, strong multitasking abilities, proven experience in container pick-ups, effective problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, background in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), experience with trucking operations, ability to manage trailer pools across different accounts, excellent customer interaction skills, and a team-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching. The compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $40,000 per month, with full-time 9-hour shifts.
