JOB DESRCIPTION
· Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.
· Modify existing drawings to accommodate changes in design and construction methods.
· Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
· Collaborate with team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.
· Prepare presentation drawings and models for client meetings.
· Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions.
· Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality drawings efficiently.
