Draughtsman/woman

You will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings of pharmaceutical and medical equipment using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Your role will involve working closely with design engineers to translate concepts and prototypes into technical drawings. Additionally, you will need to revise drawings based on engineering changes and production feedback, ensure compliance with industry standards, and assist in preparing technical manuals, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly instructions. Furthermore, you will coordinate with production teams to address any drawing-related issues during fabrication and provide support to R&D and quality teams for design validation and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings of pharmaceutical and medical equipment using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. - Work closely with design engineers to translate concepts and prototypes into technical drawings. - Revise drawings as per engineering changes and production feedback. - Maintain drawing documentation and version control. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and internal specifications. - Assist in preparing technical manuals, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly instructions. - Coordinate with production teams to resolve any drawing-related issues during fabrication. - Support R&D and quality teams with design validation and improvements. Key Requirements: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or Engineering. - 2+ years of relevant experience in equipment design for pharmaceutical, medical, or laboratory industries. - Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD tools is an added advantage. - Good understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, and machining processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical equipment design standards is preferred.
