2D AutoCAD Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accurate

  2D drawings

  for both

  mechanical parts

  and

  civil structures

  using AutoCAD.
• Interpret technical sketches, specifications, and design inputs from engineers.
  
• Draft layouts, plans, and detail drawings for mechanical assemblies and civil foundations or structures.
  
• Revise drawings based on feedback or changes in design requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with drawing standards and company guidelines.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in 2D AutoCAD drafting.
• Good understanding of

  mechanical components, assembly drawings

  , and

  basic civil layouts

  .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering data.
  
• Familiarity with drafting standards and symbols used in mechanical and civil drawings.
  
• Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of materials, tolerances, and structural elements is preferred.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
