Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Finance Officer with 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience , preferably with a mid-sized Chartered Accountant firm in India or in the accounts department of a service-based company . The candidate will assist with daily financial operations, revenue reporting, invoicing, and data management using QuickBooks. This is a remote role that requires availability during US Eastern Time working hours and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment . Key Responsibilities: Manage financial data and generate revenue reports Handle invoicing through QuickBooks and manual/software-based systems Support weekly and monthly billing cycles Maintain accurate records of P&L, balance sheet, and journal entries Perform bank reconciliations and assist with AP/AR processes Collaborate with the Director of Finance and team virtually Adapt to changing needs and take on additional responsibilities when required Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com – Mandatory Preferred: M.Com / CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA (Finance) Experience (3–5 years): General accounting (journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, B/S) Work experience in a mid-sized CA firm or accounts team of a service-based company Practical knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory) Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliation (mandatory) Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite Willingness to learn new software tools Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies Good communication skills and comfort working in a virtual setup Work Schedule & Compensation: Work Hours: 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday) First 4 hours: Flexible, coordinated with Finance Director 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST – Mandatory availability Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (in-hand) Application Process: If you're looking to build a strong finance career in an evolving organization that values precision, collaboration, and adaptability, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic, early-career individuals to join our 18-month Behavioral Therapy Cultural Exchange Program, focused on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and preparing for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. This U.S.-based program offers a unique pathway for international psychology, education, and special education students or recent graduates to gain supervised clinical training while engaging in a meaningful cultural exchange. About the Program: We are excited to launch an international internship/trainee initiative under the U.S. Department of State's J-1 Visa Program . This pilot program offers recent graduates or final-year students in Psychology, Education, or Special Education from outside the USA an opportunity to receive hands-on training and practical internship experience as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) in the United States. Participants will complete the 40-hour RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) course virtually before arrival and will receive supervision and structured training while working directly with individuals with developmental needs. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing & Practice Operations Coordinator to support recruitment, staffing, BT/RBT supervision, Passage Health management, and administrative functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our recruitment, HR, and practice management teams operate smoothly while upholding a commitment to diverse staffing and efficient clinical support. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Daytime Support (9 AM – 5 PM US Provide reliable coverage and coordination during U.S. business hours. 2. Recruitment Support Post new job openings and refresh existing postings on job boards. Screen incoming resumes and flag top candidates for review. Schedule interviews and confirm details with candidates and hiring managers. Complete reference checks for shortlisted candidates. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), cleaning up missing or misplaced data. Perform checks and balances to verify recruitment activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards. 3. Staffing & Supervision Maintain and update the daily staffing calendar across insurance, school, and BIS/PCT programs. Track BT/RBT supervision hours (insurance + school).
