DRAFTSMAN CUM SITE ENGINEER - CIVIL

We are currently seeking a dedicated DRAFTSMAN CUM SITE ENGINEER - CIVIL to join our Team. If you have experience in this field we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawing as well as working drawings for various projects.
• Prepare drawings for permit application
• Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects.
• Maintain Labour and Material status at Site.
• Overall Project Supervision and coordination.
• Ensuring quality of Materials procured / used at site by contractor.
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client).
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each work.
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary and monthly status report.
• Report to Senior Project Engineer and update project activities in daily basis.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Ability to prepare 2D Architectural drawings
• Knowledge in submitting permit drawings through KSmart is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in Revit Architecture is an added advantage.
• Reside within a 20 km radius from Thrissur Town.
• Education: B Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
• Candidate must have access to a personal Laptop.
