Job Description: You should have 5+ years of experience in Training with expertise in the following key skills: - Language and platforms: C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, MVC, Application hosting on web/app server, Configuration Management, Unit Testing - UI: HTML-5, CSS3, TypeScript, Advance JavaScript, Angular, React, NodeJS, Different Scripting technologies - Databases: MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB - Microsoft Cloud: Azure architecture and its offerings - Education: Graduation - Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Tirunelveli - Flexibility to work from office and willingness to travel - Notice Period Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for incorporating contextual information and developing methods appropriate to the context, in addition to the existing curricula - Impart training sessions to lateral recruits and induction programs for freshers joining the organization - Evaluate and report performance of trainees who attended the training programs - Create self-study programs or learning paths, helping people to gain expertise outside the classroom Salary: 1,000,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Additional Details: The company offers a flexible shift schedule.
