Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor

  a team of software engineers, driving technical excellence and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to elaborate and estimate user stories, tasks, and defects.

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions

  using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

  define software requirements and specifications

• Participate in

• Contribute to

• Identify and resolve software defects

  and performance issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on

Qualifications:

• 11 to 15 years of professional experience

  in software development.
• Strong proficiency in

  C#

  and the

  .NET framework

• Extensive experience with

  ASP.NET MVC

  Web API

  , and

  Entity Framework

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  front-end technologies

  like

  JavaScript

  and

  React

  .

  for the frontend, requiring substantial experience in React as a frontend developer.
• Experience with containerization and cloud technologies such as

  Kubernetes

• Familiarity with

  Octopus, Gitlab, or TeamCity

• Experience working with
