Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Full Stack Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the full technology stack, with proven leadership in managing development teams, and a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices. This role demands a strong technical foundation combined with effective team management and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications. Guide and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers. Architect and implement solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and best practices. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, and project delivery in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment. Maintain thorough documentation for development processes and solutions. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like AppInsights, Postman, etc. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve platform capabilities. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (BE/BTech/MCA); Masters degree is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a development leadership role. Strong front-end expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React JS . Robust back-end development skills using .NET (C#) and Node.js . Solid experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and OpenID protocols. Familiarity with Microservices-based architecture is preferred. Hands-on with development tools: Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Postman, AppInsights , etc. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like Azure DevOps and Jira. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
