Job Description

.NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
web applications
using
ASP.NET MVC
and
C#
.
Develop and optimize
database queries, stored procedures, and triggers
in
SQL Server
.
Implement
Entity Framework
for ORM-based data access.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write
clean, scalable, and efficient code
following best practices.
Perform
code reviews, unit testing, and debugging
to ensure quality and performance.
Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement.
Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in:
C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/Core.
Hands-on experience with:
Entity Framework (Code First / Database First).
Proficient in:
MS SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Understanding of
OOP principles, design patterns, and layered architecture
.
Experience with
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
(basic level).
Knowledge of
RESTful API development
and
Web Services (SOAP/JSON)
.
Familiarity with
version control systems
(Git, TFS, or SVN).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience with
.NET Core / Web API
.
Exposure to
Azure / AWS cloud platforms
.
Knowledge of
Agile / Scrum
methodologies.
Experience with
dependency injection
and
unit testing frameworks
(e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
