About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, complemented by a good command of English (IELTS Band 6+ minimum). Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making. Assist in implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and ERP solutions. . Mentor and guide junior accounting staff and contribute to team development. Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (Inter CA) qualification completed. At least 4 years of post-qualification work experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and tax regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English with a minimum IELTS band score of 6+; 7+ preferred. Experience working with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
