Dorm Parents

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dorm Parent at Billimoria Highschool located in Panchgani. The Dorm Parent will be responsible for supervising and assisting students in residential dormitories, ensuring their safety and well-being. The Dorm Parent will also provide guidance and support to students in academics, daily routines, and extracurricular activities. Additionally, the Dorm Parent will collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing and positive living environment for the students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in a residential setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• Understanding of student development and behavior management
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Bachelors degree
