Role & Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote broadband & IPTV. Distribute flyers, banners & execute tent activities for lead generation. Approach residential societies & local markets for new connections. Achieve monthly sales/lead targets assigned by team lead. Maintain daily visit reports and share feedback on field activities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate. Experience: 03 yrs in field marketing / B2C sales (Telecom/FMCG) preferred. Skills: Strong convincing & communication skills. Bike compulsory for local travel. Should be hardworking, target-driven & willing to work on field. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: 15K 20K + Attractive Incentives + Performance bonus.
