Cultivate and develop relationships with the existing institutional donors – foundations and CSR
partners - to ensure renewal of grants, and strengthening and deepening of existingrelationships.- Conduct research on and identify suitable potential new funding opportunities and partners inIndia (institutional, corporate CSR, etc.) and secure new institutional funding partnerships.- Network and build relationships with existing and potential new donors- Write quality funding proposals/grant applications, in collaboration with team members.- develop budgets for funding proposals.- Developing MOU, Preparing of plan work orders, manage and oversee the programs- Ensure timely, accurate and high quality reporting to existing donors- Collaborate with Research, Impact and Communications team on evaluation of programmesand their impact, and ensure these take into consideration donors’ needs and expectations, asrelevant.- Oversee and manage all communications with existing donors, including through social media,

email and offline; ensure strong engagement with supporters on social media.
- Introduce new and develop existing processes and protocols for recruitment and management ofvolunteers to ensure volunteering efficiently and they contribute and have a good volunteering experience in the organisation.- To prepare annual plans and budgets for the team and report against the same; regularly report

internally to the core team and the board
- Undertake travel to other centers to see how the program is running, to meet donor / partners and for relevant activities, as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
