Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
• Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and maintain the call database.
• Convert inquiries into sales or appointments (as per business requirement).
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Record details of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM/system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth order processing or query resolution.
